Another lot of vegan banana bread in the oven. Wanted to use up the opened tin of condensed coconut milk. Wasn't quite 3/4 cups so added in some maple syrup. Didn't have enough ground cinnamon either (though sure there's a packet around somewhere) so added a little ground ginger as well as the usual nutmeg. Curious to see how it turns out. #food #baking #bananaBread

Ja, es ist eine unübliche Form dafür, aber ich mache das gerne im Dampfbackmodus im #Ninja #Multicooker, weil es da einfach die perfekte Konsistenz bekommt! (Und weil ich meinen Hang zur Anschaffung von Küchengeräten rechtfertigen muss.)

Das kann man übrigens sehr gut #glutenfrei machen, da das Mehl sowieso nur kurz untergehoben wird und gar nicht lange gehen soll.

I haven’t made banana bread in what feels like six months at least. Finally making some again and the house smells great. I use the “A to Z Bread” recipe, with bananas as the B but also sometimes add other fillings to make up the full 2 cups of “A to Z” ingredients. When I have them, I aslo like to add chocolcate chips.
