Seit Anfang 2022 wird der historische Festsaal in der Wriezener Straße 6 von Djamila Rempel und Robert Bittner als offener Kultur- und Veranstaltungsort betrieben. In den vergangenen Jahren fanden dort mehr als 540 öffentliche Kulturveranstaltungen statt. Gleichzeitig entwickelte sich das Haus zu einer der umfangreichsten Sammlungen von Gründerzeitmöbeln in Berlin.
