Brought on my my recent reading, I wanted to remind y’all that Dave Shepherd’s “Rose of Raby” is an excellent tune and sounds lovely on the smallpipes. I’ve even played it on my own hummelchen recently!

Enjoy the energy.
We saw him perform in 1996 in #StChartier festival in France. He was amazing. And so was the festival. There were #pipes and #chanters playing all night!
He is a Galician musician. He plays #gaita, the traditional galician #bagpipe, and #recorders (flautas de pico).
