the cones clearly worked as nobody is #parked on the usual main body of the yellow hatched box, so someone has slipped their car on the edge

the 2nd in the same carpark is blocking 2 other cars that have actually been parked in the bays.

I've been reliably informed that all the terrible parking at this hospital is staff because "walking across ain't nobody got time for that"

Told a driver he was parked on the zebra crossing zigzags on Gloucester road. He wound the window down and said 'The crossing is clear'. I said, that's not the point, you're not allowed on the zigzags, that's what they mean. He said, 'I work for the council'. I made a show of going to look at his license plate and he fucked off. #carbrain #badparking #yplac
