the cones clearly worked as nobody is #parked on the usual main body of the yellow hatched box, so someone has slipped their car on the edgethe 2nd in the same carpark is blocking 2 other cars that have actually been parked in the bays.
I've been reliably informed that all the terrible parking at this hospital is staff because "walking across ain't nobody got time for that"

Same old, same old for today's School Run - too many cars, drivers parking on pavements, corners, idling engines. The usual suspects (yes, I'm starting to recognise the vehicles and their entitled drivers) parking on "no parking" zig-zags accompanied by child-shaped no-parking free-standing signs.
They just don't care. And I overheard other adults and children commenting about it this time. It does seem others get annoyed by it.
