a biopic about Amy Winehouseit was sad — it’s tomatometer rating of 35% makes sense in that it is not “entertaining”,
but i must say it was really well made, and i’m glad i watched iti come from a family where there was/is a LOT of drinking
and also a number of people who were not just “heavy drinkers” but hopelessly, dysfunctionally addicted.through dumb, random luck, i did not get the “grog package” of genes, and it was genuinely sad to see this play out on screen
also, PS, the british press/ paparazzi are sociopathic parasites
