To put this in perspective: OpenAI can’t get a bank loan for the construction project because it’s far too #risky. That’s why Nvidia has to act as a guarantor so that OpenAI can build it and purchase equipment from Nvidia. There’s probably never been a worse #bubble in the financial sector.
