Backrooms: Everything must go Edition

I really did enjoy the backrooms movie but tbh if it’s just extra footage in the credits then they could have just waited and put it on DVD and stuff but if it’s footage in the movie itself that really sucks knowing it’s not been to long since they released the original version, it does feel a little strange and feels kinda cash grabby especially realising only shortly.

There’s not even enough time before the rerelease to scrape money together with the Steam Summer Sale and GTA 6 pre-orders just releasing.

One warning to those for whom this is also a problem - there are parts of the film that are done as first-person-viewpoint handheld camera, which I find difficult, but I have managed to learn how to mitigate the bad effects on me while missing out on as little as possible.

There are some horror aspects, but it's not that much, and it's easy to avoid those bits. Otherwise, a definite recommend on this movie. #Backrooms #BackroomsMovie #FilmReviews #MovieReviews 3/3

I finally saw #Backrooms #BackroomsMovie yesterday. I'd been interested for a while, knowing really nothing about the film other than that two people I like were in it and it was getting a lot of good attention.

I was concerned because it was classified as a horror film, and I don't always do well with the blood and guts, but this wasn't the traditional horror film, or maybe it's just part of the related genre of psychological thriller / horror. #FilmReviews #MovieReviews 1/3

A24's Backrooms is not your typical horror movie. Kane Parsons transforms a viral internet legend into a chilling psychological nightmare where empty hallways, flickering lights and unanswered questions become the real source of terror https://english.mathrubhumi.com/movies-music/review/backrooms-review-kane-parsons-a24-horror-movie-2026-myyqvbtv?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=mastodon #Backrooms #BackroomsMovie #KaneParsons #A24 #FilmReview
