Always wondered why they chose white for Yan Hui and Tian Yao's wedding outfits. I mean, to the #Chinese white is literally the colour of death & mourning 😅 If this took place in modern China, I would not blink an eyelid, but this is fantasy-ish ancient China. Surely the same rules apply or something?
But anyway, this scene was jarring for me because I kept thinking, "What are they trying to do? Curse them or something?"

I may not like #BackFromTheBrink on the whole, but I really like the two lead actors. They're fine. Like Neo Hou is like REALLY FIIINE if you know what I mean.
But it's just a pity it was stuffed full of filler episodes & had an abrupt change in quality by episode 15.
Also, I really, really like the OST, especially this song sung by Neo.
I like actors who can sing like this 😜
