@darklem0n You're so right. I never truly understood how much modeling behavior meant to folks until it bit me.
I had a great job candidate back out at the last minute of a nearly settled job offer because, as she put it, the work-life balance wasn't the right fit. And then I realized despite espousing the wonderful flexibility and work-life balance, I was emailing this woman at all hours of the day and night (#babylife), so it must have seemed like I worked 24/7.

And then I realized despite espousing the wonderful flexibility and work-life balance, I was emailing this woman at all hours of the day and night (#babylife), so it must have seemed like I worked 24/7.
