🔨🪡🎨Behind the scenes, hundreds of stage technicians, workshop staff and many others work for weeks on end to create the stage sets. All to ensure that the play is a wonderful experience.
💪These colleagues are fighting for a well-deserved pay rise and thus for the preservation of the theatre world – as we know and love it.
🤬Because the Berlin government also wants to cut funding for theatres.
🫶Theatre and culture are not a private pleasure for the few.
The theatre and cultural world shapes our democracy and pursues an important educational mission!

Hot drinks - cake - vegan food. On the occasion of the Luxemburg-Liebknecht-Demonstration there will be a Vokü Extra (all vegan or vegetarian) with coffee, tea, cake + a warm meal.
‘Against war and crisis! For peace and solidarity! Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht were murdered in Berlin on 15 January 1919 by right-wing Freikorps with the approval of the Noskes and Scheidemänner. This is the 105th anniversary of their deaths. Their struggle obliges us to stand up against war and armament, against exploitation and social impoverishment.’
