On 11 July, it will be one year since William Chedjou from Cameroon was stabbed to death on the street in Wedding.

The trial against his murderer began this winter. But as we know the German legal system, it was riddled with anti-Black racism and pure harassment of William's family and friends.

Am 11.7. ist es ein Jahr her, dass der Kameruner William Chedjou im Wedding auf offener Straße erstochen wurde.

Im Winter diesen Jahres begann der Prozess gegen seinen Mörder. Doch so wie wir das deutsche Rechtssystem kennen, war dieser durchzogen von anti-Schwarzem Rassismus und purer Schikane der Familie und Freunde von William.

ROSA e.V. ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, humanitäre Hilfe geschlechtersensibel zu denken und Safer Spaces für Frauen* auf der Flucht bereitstellt.

Seaeye sucht auf der tödlichsten Fluchtroute der Welt nach Menschen in Seenot und kämpft gegen das Ertrinken im Mittelmeer.

Gemeinsam wollen wir Aufmerksamkeit auf die immer stärker werdende Kriminalisierung von Geflüchteten legen und gemeinsam gegen die Abschottungspolitik Europas ankämpfen.

Die Quizsprache wird in Deutsch sein, aber englische Flüsterübersetzung wird auch angeboten.

Not only does the Israeli government categorically reject the two-state solution. The Israeli government's settlement construction in the West Bank also makes the prospect of a Palestinian state seem completely unrealistic today. There are now over 700,000 settlers, some of them heavily armed, in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. The two-state solution also does not include the 1.9 million Palestinians who are Israeli citizens and live as second-class citizens in the state of Israel, where discrimination against Palestinians is institutionalised.

Hikmat El-Hammouri will give a lecture on different perspectives on an end to occupation and war and discuss the role the two-state solution has played so far in the international context.

The oppression of Palestinians has been going on for decades with no prospect of an end to occupation, war and displacement. In Germany, the official reason of state is the demand for a two-state solution. It envisages an independent Palestinian state within the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital. Despite the international Oslo Accords of the 1990s, there has been no withdrawal of the Israeli army to these borders; on the contrary, the various Israeli governments have massively pushed ahead with an illegal settlement project in the occupied territories. At the same time, they continued to receive unrestricted political, military and financial support from German politicians. This support for settlement construction and the war of occupation makes the pretended German demand for a peace solution appear implausible.

Antifaschismus ist kein Verbrechen. Da es aber teilweise so behandelt wird, müssen wir zum Schutz vor Repression bestimmte Standards einhalten. Daher wollen wir beim nächsten OAP miteinander über sichere Kommunikation  (sei es technisch oder zwischenmenschlich) sprechen.
