Regie: Marta Massa, 31 Min., OmeUIm Kontext des sogenannten “Budapest-Komplexes” gerieten mehrere europäische Antifaschist*innen ins Visier staatlicher Ermittlungen.
Hintergrund sind Auseinandersetzungen am Rande des “Tags der Ehre”, einer jährlich in Budapest stattfindenden geschichtsrevisionistischen Veranstaltung.
Im Zentrum des Films steht der Fall Maja.T.: Maja ist Antifaschist*in, nicht-binär und wurde rechtswidrig von Deutschland nach Ungarn ausgeliefert.
Das Bundesverfassungsgericht erklärte diese Auslieferung später für rechtswidrig.
