She said #prisoners were subjected to electric shocks and beatings while they were #blindfolded and restrained. Ms #Panina said #Russian special forces were especially cruel. She said 28 female prisoners were held in a cell designed to hold six people, with insufficient access to food, water and clean toilets. She was released as part of a prisoner swap.
