So I'm watching Beverly Hills Cop #AxelF and I'm a bit more than halfway through, and I've gotta say, it's surprisingly restrained, but keeping to the spirit of the first two movies.
Whether that's an endorsement or not kinda depends on how you feel about the first two, but even Bronson Pinchot has it under control. #MovieReview -

Not yet through with that Beverly Hills Cop #AxelF sequel (it drags on a bit...) but I have to hand it to #Netflix... they really managed to get that 80s cop movie flair back on screen: crashing police cars and crooked men in power doing the "I'm corrupt, here's my Rolex and these are my henchmen" schtick. I find the visual mix very interesting. Almost like they tried to dress every set like its from the earlier movies, but then there's cell phones and electric cars.

#AxelF mini review... enjoyable fun, definitely worth a watch if you are a fan of the originals, some actors have aged badly, Eddie has not, what happened to Axel's laugh?
Streaming is a horrible way to watch movies. Inconsistent bitrate, made-for-streaming audios mix are poo, and the end credits experience is ruined even before you accidentally hit the wrong button, and if you hit the wrong button the only way of carrying on with end credits is to fast forward through the entire film again.

I thought Beverly Hills Cop 4 was definitely at least worth a watch.
The plot at least made sense lol and it was funnier than the failed pilot from 2013.
