"Zionist" is sometimes a dog whistle, but more often not. And most anti-Jewish propaganda just says Jews.
The ISIS propaganda article giving support for the Bondi attack just said "Jews". This was going viral on Facebook and Instagram. Despite this, or oblivious to it, the royal commission praised Meta? Facebook is full of ISIS and white nationalists, but they get praised because they delete anti Zionist posts instead.
When the neonazis attacked #AviYemini at the far right rally, they just yelled "Jew", not Zionist. Yemini downplayed the event, despite the small scuffle being one of the only verifiable incidents of actual antisemitic violence.
One of the Bondi gunman allegedly expressed opposition to Zionism in the manifesto video found in Naveed's phone. This is unusual language for ISIS, and would be a constructive thing to look at if they wanted to seriously examine anti-zionism as a dangerous threat, but it's been ignored while everyone panics at anti Gaza-war protests (pacifists), Hamas (nationalists), the IRGC (Shia Islamist), and other ideologies that are the opposite of ISIS.
