A recent video by Yuri Butusov originally filmed on 26 September 2023 when a group of #Ukraine soldiers from R.U.G. unit performed combat tasks near #Avdiivka and their Humvee was hit by an artillery shell, wounding a number of them. Unfortunately, one of the wounded Volodymyr Ischenko “Lysy” succumbed to his wounds, but everyone else survived, including the driver “Boxer”. Interestingly, there a group of #Poland volunteers on this mission and four of them were wounded by the shell - you can hear them prominently screaming “kurwa” around 09:00:

#Pokrovsk, a town with a pre-war population of 60,000, is situated west of #Avdiivka at a crucial crossroads of multiple railroad lines. It has become a key delivery and railroad distribution hub, facilitating the supply of Ukrainian forces across a broad frontline, from #Vuhledar to the north of #Donetsk and beyond.

Currently, only two places in the #Donbas serve this vital function – Pokrovsk and #Kramatorsk.
