I woke up and typed this out in one burst no edits, inspired by conversations with my brilliant friend @aliyazaidi. Maybe it will help you, or maybe just me. It might even be a secular prayer. I don’t know. But the time is so heavy and painful that I do know it can crush our humanity if we don’t honour it.
