The 5 Types of Intimacy
1. Physical: Not just sex. Hugs, appropriate touch, physical comfort
2. Emotional: Sharing feelings without judgment or defensiveness
3. Intellectual: Connecting through ideas, curiosity, respectful debate
4. Spiritual: Shared values and purpose (not necessarily religious)
5. Experiential: Creating memories together, weathering challenges

I hear a lot of masculine-identified men struggling with the fact that many women have raised the bar on what's acceptable from a date, a lover, a husband. Some are blaming feminism. Guys, feminism is NOT the problem. The problem is that so many of use are afraid to step up to the plate and be the men we're capable of being.
