This shows data taken from the ARSR (see link at end) & graphed to show flu types & subtypes in the community [a), b)] & from a regularly participating "sentinel" hospitals [c), d)]. I'll talk more in a quote post soon. Most detections in #AusFlu2026 are FluA; of them, most are the A/H3N2 subtype.

Expanded version of the last graph, both in the number of years & in its horizontal stretching. #AusFlu2026 started to rise in June, similar to pre-pandemic patterns of a #flu rise that peaks around August. But let's wait and see about peaks.
