Now, this is what I call #Fashion
c1630 AD #MughalArt #IndianMiniaturePainting from #Delhi or #Agra of the #Mughal Crown Prince Dara Shukoh (The Emperor who never was!) now at #Art Gallery of South #Australia (#Museum of #Adelaide)
By the way he holds the arrow it looks like he is contemplating his target thoroughly, though later he missed the throne of the #MughalEmpire when his younger brother #Aurengzeb got him killed.

Artist #NidhaMal was a well known artist at the court of #Mughal Emperor #MuhammadShah #Rangila (1717-48) at #Delhi.
After the death of Rangila, he was not favoured by the new #Mughal Emperor #Aurengzeb. So, he left for #Lucknow where, in c1750 he painted this... an Unknown Prince exchanging gifts with a darker skinned Emissary.
Painting now in #DavidCollection, #Copenhagen, #Denmark.
