I hadn't realised that Assumption of Mary (15th August) is a Belgian national holiday. Every restaurant in Enghien was closed this evening. Got to the local supermarket just before closing and bought bread and beer (we already had cheese, salami, and salad veg). Dined in style on the hotel balcony!
