Yesterday, the same day that Ep. 13 was published for subscribers, was one year to the day that composer Sean Renner sent over 23 distinct musical themes.
Until then, I had no idea what this sound world would actually be like beyond our initial conversations. Lest I say I was blown away by everything I heard. It was so considered, so subtle, so contemplative.
From there, each theme was built upon and leveraged in a way that felt unique. Come the following Spring, we were having parts recorded with live strings.
