The Verge thinks it’s time to retire the word podcast as the majority of shows are locked into ecosystems like Spotify or are videos hosted on YouTube.
I say it’s time to reclaim podcast as a term that means an easily downloadable non-DRM audio file.
Audio Interface shows are podcasts. You can listen wherever you want including, yes, your old iPod.

Hold onto your hats!! - My first wavetable synthesis output in #RStats !!
This is a sawtooth wave being swept from 20Hz to 16kHz
Note: I haven't yet created band-limited "frames" for this wavetable at higher frequencies so you get some nice funky strobing/aliasing effects.
If you like the effects, just pretend I did it on purpose. :)
Even in naive R code, this generates 8sec audio in 0.2sec.

This was the first official #Fugazi #LiveConcert I attended. They were friends with several of my #PunkRock #musician friends in the 80s & 90s so I got to see them play acoustic in houses. Got to see them working on creating new tracks. I have so much respect for them. They tried to stop mutual friends from drug & alcohol addiction many times. They were pretty #straightedge

This was the very first strong #female #hiphop #rap #emcee that I ever got hooked on. I'd never heard any woman rip on the mic so well before I heard her lyrical flows. She slayed many bigger name male MCs in multiple freestyle rap battles back in the day. I looked up to her strength & admired her natural rapping talent as a tween & teen.
