Hand Therapy Update:

Finger drop has reduced from Ten degrees to Zero.

Didn't tell the Hand Therapist but felt like I'd aced a test I studied *really hard* for.

Two more weeks of interchangable spilt wearing left:

uhm does Dyslexia get worse as you get older?

I've been mildly Dyslexic all my life - but mostly it's the Dyscalculia that wrecks my comprehension of a thing - but lately I'm find myself typing entire words backwords?

Is this a thing or is my brainpan just being extra Noodly?

Maybe I'm just very very tired.. ?

I'm not a touch typer, but occasionally can type at the speed I'm thinking (just), and that when backwards happens

#auctuallyautistic Hello all, update on the future retreat for neuro-spicy, and overall want some personal space but not completely alone vacation spot . We have land clearing stage 1 done and electric thingamajig ready for power company to hook up power. Then my dirt guy can come back with the big machines to clean up and finish road and driveway with road cloth and gravel… after electric runs their line under the road.

#AuctuallyAutistic was looking for my divorce papers from 30 yrs ago,actually came across letter my foster family sent my parents when I was adopted. They said I got horrible rash from wheat cereal but went away once switched to rice. Read it long time ago but forgot that part. Mom said her dr said foster fam didn’t know anything ignore it. I self diagnosed wheat intolerance at 50. People thought I was making it up. wonder how much life allergies could have been avoided? Funny huh

Euclidian space mystery solved!

*Utterly forgot about* the *two entire stacks* of books which I was routinely moving from the office desk to the bedroom every night/morning.

Only remembered because I just looked at my desk and thought .. hmm something is missing what.. ? Oh yeah.

SO!

A large amount of decluttering DID take place and something WAS in reality achieved

How ?

It took me about six hours but I cleared a bookshelf - measuring about 18 inches of space - and placed books from the floor onto the shelf AND YET I STILL MYSTERIOUSLY DO NOT HAVE ANY FRIGGIN FLOOR SPACE!

Has my office morphed into a Non- Euclidean space?

I actually *removed things from the room* and put Large Bulky Empty boxes into the trash!

This is cukoobananapants!

The humble potatoe can be cooked in such a dizzying myriad of ways but gawdsdammit if the texture is wrong my brain will just reject the concept.

If I require the cronch of fries and instead get the mushieness of mash, then ~that will not hit the spot~ !

Also cold roast potatoes are a crime against nature.

Also I found out a curious thing, watching longform (anything over 30 minutes) YouTube content used to *mentally exhausting*, but after installing an ad-blocker I could suddenly breeze through them and retain the information.

Why?

Because the forced advert sections weren't making me jarringly context switch every few minutes!

The doll allows her to be naked /and/ clothed at the same time. It enables her to tell people who trust her that she's evil, yet, at the same time, have nobody believe her. At the end of the day, it's to find the peace and solitude to read her books, the place the world doesn't want her to stay, where she feels alone and safe.

Discovering herself capable of love kind of poleaxed that arrangement. She's decided reality is rather cruel.
