We had extensive travel support to get people to Vancouver for the 2026 edition.

We also want to continue to evolve / improve #AtmosphereConf to be more than a dev conference.

From meeting @[email protected] in person at #AtmosphereConf to some good calls and emails, I’ve been happy with how he’s thinking about supporting the growth of the Atmosphere as well as paths forward for Bluesky.

Quitting his VC “day job” to come build with us all together is great. Let’s go!

Mark has done a great job of documenting the pipeline and we'll ask him to write a blog post about it.

I have gotten custom one-of-a-kind jackets made for about $120USD each for a previous project, and gave some leftovers away at #AtmosphereConf - @[email protected] got one

Many projects are doable - just need to put the work in.

With #ATScience, it turns out the hype was the floor, not the ceiling. I got so much more out of both it and the #AtmosphereConf that I wish I had scheduled more time for it. This is worth reading up on so perhaps you can join us at the next one!

This person right here just described the struggle perfectly And why during my panel at the #AtmosphereConf I advised to use UTC as a safer option and avoid using US-centric timezones There is no perfect solution, so you try to pick the one with fewer problems when speaking to a global audience

This is so astonishing. I keep trying to explain to people who aren't following protocol conversations what it was like, going to #atmosphereconf. I'm just going to show them this—both as a record of the conference and as an example of people JUST BUILDING THINGS that are extremely cool.

85+ people joined our talk live and via stream. We loved the conversations that followed; they’re exactly why we do this.
