  2. Public Observing Night - Sat 27th

Dust off your woolly hat and join us at
    Breckland Astronomical Observatory
5 Watton Rd, Great Ellingham, Attleborough NR17 1HZ

Free to all and gloriously unscripted.
Turn up when you fancy, gaze skywards, mutter “ooh” at the universe, and head home whenever cold, tiredness, or common sense kicks in.

It won’t cost you a penny, but donations are very welcome - they help keep the telescopes pointed skywards and not at the car park.

    Festive public service announcement:
This month’s session is on Saturday 27th, not the usual last Friday. Why? Because it’s Boxing Day otherwise, and frankly we can’t compete with turkey sandwiches, Quality Street, or a dangerously ambitious cheeseboard.

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a stellar New Year - may your skies be clear and your leftovers plentiful.
