I've searched for Biden's usage of this non-standard form, and I cannot find any other source than AP. No other article. No video. Nothing. (Be careful if you do your own search, some articles are the AP article under a new skin.)

It really feels like the AP decided to act as a douchenozzle here, and play the ageism card.

@suntour I was surprised there were other entries at all. It covers a lot of ground and there are lots of close substitutes. The difference between #dipshits and #asshats is kinda subtle. Then there's singular/plural. It takes multiple #dipshits to cut down a tree, but an #asshat can hit my bike.
