  9. Can confirm #Ashwagandha helps me #relax better than #magnesium. Also I was glad to find the packet after the avalanche of stuff off the table the other day when I moved it to find the cats’ hairball treats. I was so confused why it wasn’t with the others I’d bought and put in the box (put them back when Sapphy wanted to eat the multivitamins, idk what’s in them for a cat to like).

  10. Got my new #supplements in the post. Halfway through, all going okay and then the #tyrosine made me feel achy and shaky. I’ve taken it before, though not much recently, with no issue. Idk if it’s interacting with something else or taking four things quite slowly is too much. Probably the latter cos the only likely thing is #ashwagandha, but still maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️
