Growing up, my #mother was a fucking stick of abusive dynamite. We don't talk about it as a family, and I'll never know what cursed #mood instability now rushes in my own veins.
Talk to your #children about those things, even if you're #embarrassed and #ashamed. It's harmful otherwise. When you decide you have children, you choose to both gift and curse them. At least help them manage it.
