We tested multiple artificial intelligence models, and all of them made big mistakes that changed the meaning of the text. For this and other reasons, we call on other organizations not to use artificial intelligence for plain language translation. "

#ASAN also has a long history of using sockpuppets online, which last I checked wasn’t legal for Nonprofits, indeed there’s still at least one open letter to them out there about that.

Despite claims to the contrary in some #ND circles who participated in harassment & pilots against Michelle Dawson, #Neurodiversity Leaders in fact exist!
Point being: #ASAN, aka #AutisticSelfAdvocacyNetwork is still shit, a top down Non Profit with no transparency that threatened slapsuits against those who accused them of #Plagiarism that they’re guilty of, so stop advocating for them as an Alternative to #AutismSpeaks in this latest round of discourse thanks to a Physicist’s #ableism.

• Support organisations ran by and for #Autistic people, like the #AutisticSelfAdvocacyNetwork (#ASAN);
• Do not discriminate against autistic people – accomodate, listen, and understand their needs;
• Don't support Autism Speaks or use their puzzle piece symbolism or the colour blue;
• Opt for #RedInstead, #LightItUpGold, and red/gold/rainbow infinity loops, the symbol of neurodiversity;
and most importantly:
• Listen to and uplift #ActuallyAutistic voices!
