We like our raisin bread here. I've made beer bread from scratch but hey I get lazy from time to time. The Arva flour mill sweet cinnamon with a good handful of raisins makes an adequate raisin bread in a pinch. Warning, I'd cut down on the cinnamon mix next time with the raisins, It is a tad too sweet for my liking
