2025 was a YEAR™ The Disney video game I worked on came out, Max and I finished a bunch of short comics like The Curse Eater Pilot, Jigen Now and Then, our sexy Paul Bunyan short for Transfixed, and I'm back at OJST!

2026 is going to be the year of comics!!!

2025 Art Summary

Notably, it was the year I finally stopped drawing with a mouse and bought a tablet (and later a sketchbook). I feel like I've been able to have more fun drawing and make much nicer things as a result. Hoping to keep doing it into the next year.

Anyways. So long 2025!

#artsummary2025

2025 Art Summary! I did more illustration drawings this year than years past, which explains some of the lack of art some months. I do wish to keep working on making more art! I have a fairly large list of things to draw still!!!

Keep an eye out for a few 2025 pieces.

Not many 1 hour drawings this year, but still over 30 regular drawings, including a handful of colored pencil stuff, apparently I posted nothing in October, so November gets two images, I also posted the most in May, it being Arashio month.

You can see all my stuff on my site https://danceofthestylus.com/gallery

2025 Art Summary

Almost forgot to share this here! I originally put this together because I was curious how many would be comic pages, versus drawings or paintings.

I realized while sorting through which months to add pages for, that the tally is 50 finished pages this year! I still can't believe this, considering 2025 was the first year I ever managed to finish a "graphic-novel-style" comic page ("Duskbirds" is different in my mind, since it's more of a comic strip).

I never thought I'd be able to draw a (graphic-novel style) comic before this year. The task seemed too monumental, too demanding. Well, it apparently seems, a key might be finding something you are obsessed enough over, that you cannot help clawing it into existence!

I have more comic projects (and more 2D animations!) in mind to practice with with next year.

Here's to a productive and fulfilling 2026 for us all!

it's been a CRAZY and INSANE year, one filled with a lot of highs and lows,, i actually didn't draw during some of the low months, so i just put together some favorites~ ❤️‍🔥

did a LOT more pinups (this will continue,,)

hopefully 2026 is much better, love all y'all who've stuck around through 2025! 💖

WOW i am very sorry for how long it's taken to get my portfolio back in order, but she's OFFICIALLY fully updated for the new year! Current 2026 resolution is to update her more regularly '^^

and here is my yearly art summary! i drew a lot of ponies this year! i promise i plan to slow down with all the horses for a while, but project work demanded them this year lol

I was pretty productive this year, the highlights being making lots of reference sheets for my OCs and taking part in Art Fight for the first time! 💪

And so that's a wrap on 2025! #artsummary2025

Thank you for being with me throughout 2025 I appreciated all of your support and kindness. Wishing you a happy new year! #artsummary #artsummary2025 #art

So here’s my 2025 art summary with a favorite piece for each month.

It was a slow year. I did this and that, mostly commissions (therefore quite a few traditional drawings made it into this lineup), illustrations for Patreon, and fan art.
In 2026 I really want to work on a comic again.

Damn, its already the last day of 2025.
So ofc its art summery time >3

Looking back at the year, you can see me slowly falling down the Moshang hole and never crawling back up. I life here now!

I'd say my anathomy and use of color have improved over the year :3

Art Summary for 2025!

Between commissions, Art Fight and my own art I drew a lot this year! I'm really happy with the art I've made and it was hard to pick a piece representing each month and even different styles!

2025 was a rollercoaster so there's no real time to reflect on each piece like prior year's. But this year in terms of art was really really good, with a lot of self-improvement. Here's hoping 2026 goes even better!

Remembering the beginning of 2025 I can say that I've come a long way, lol. I've been trying new things, challenging myself and studying quite a lot. It could be better, as always. But I'm proud of myself.

My New Year's resolution is probably going to be this: be able to make two art summaries (one for SFW and one for NSFW art).

I hope 2026 will be a good one for all of us! :blobfoxheartcute:

2025 art summary!

#furry #furryart #artsummary2025

The new year is almost here, so I thought I'd do a recap of 2025:

- Released Pixel Room Creator
- Updated Cartoon Profile Creator, twice
- Updated Pixel Robot Creator
- Started a Mastodon account
- Became better at pixel art
- Started doing pixel animations

#pixelart #ドット絵 #animation #artsummary2025

I actually had art for every month this year! Without even cheating. Last year was all Apothecaria fan art and this year was half Olive fan art, so fan art is still kind of a theme.

#MastoArt #ArtSummary2025 #ArtSummary #FediArt

And that's a wrap on 2025! It's been one heck of a year. Not easy by any means, but I've made some of my favourite pieces (so far) and I hope I can do even better in 2026.

Time to relax and enjoy the holidays!

Feels weird to post this on here when...I think I've only posted one of these on this account (https://mementomori.social/@vsitante/114931276190823592) but since I've posted most of this on the related site, on its related Tumblr AND this is the first year in an extremely long time where I've done enough art almost *every* month???? It's kinda a miracle???? So I wanted to post it here for posterity, even if none of it was for the stuff I'd been working on the past two or three years.

It feels weird to have struggled to even pick an image per month, that's how much I've done. I did cheat and made this into a "art I did" as a result, rather than "posted art."There's a lot of art I've done that I haven't posted yet because most are WIP comic pages but I did finish specific ones. It's been so hard to just finish things, that I wanted proof, I guess, that I did finish things. Just not in the way expected? I don't know. I was just happy I have a full house sans one month of a summary.

Also, I had fun "censoring" some bits, as you can tell. Both because I thought it was funny and because dudes, I was not going to mark this as mature just for one or two pictures. :P

Anyhoo, feel free to ask me about specific pictures and I'll link them or explain! Here's the template: https://xcancel.com/whoismiyan/status/1998485475942965679 (xcancel is a safe proxy you can use if you don't have twitter)

What an incredible year:

• I self published a children book
• I started tabling at convention and sold my art for the first time
• I made a poster for a documentary
• I opened an online print shop!
• I completed a massive worldbuilding project for Inktober
• Passed 1,000+ followers on Fediverse, more than I ever got anywhere
• Published 9 new blog posts in addition to 48 newsletter entries (and if you’re subscribed you know that I yap a lot haha)
• I went to Japan
• Got engaged :)

There have been some fails along the way, but this could have been worse! Next year I will focus on making better art and to share it better with you guys!

I’m optimistic about the future and I want to spread this feeling around ❤️

I wish you all a wonderful 2026!

Another year is almost over, which I'm less than thrilled about.

At least I managed to draw a lot this year. So, finding myself at a bit of a loose end this morning, I decided I might as well throw together an #ArtVsArtist post for 2025. So here it is: a collage of snapshots from some of (what I felt were) the better drawings of the year, with an increasingly outdated drawing of the artist in the centre (please ignore).

#ArtVsArtist2025 #MastoArt #FediArt #ArtSummary #ArtSummary2025

Finally have something to show for December so I can complete this chart :laughcry: Ahh I barely drew this year... But well, there was a lot going on. Hoping for an artful January.

dare i say i'm proud of my improvement this year :>!? from the bottom of my heart, thank you for sticking around! onto 2026~! #artsummary #artsummary2025

Not where I wanted to be at this point, but 2025 was kinda hard and I’m pretty sure I made SOME progress, so I’ll take it as a win 😊

Also, not actually a chronological summary, but close enough.
