Volunteering again today at the Redwood Art Association Gallery. Their current Fiber Art and Sculpture exhibition/show, “Off the Page”, will have its Judges Talk today as well. The invited Judge will award prizes to pieces they feel are noteworthy to them. Today they’ll do a walk-through and explain why they chose what they did, and proffer insights into how a person might view the various pieces.
It’s always really informative, and I’ll get to sit behind a desk this afternoon and work on my own pieces as well. It’s always something I look forward to!
