Just realised that my nice cheap vitamin C tablets are sweetened with sucralose.And drugs com tells me, "... it is not expected to have a major effect on your health".
A single pimple wouldn't be worth getting from this stuff as I value things.
And any major health effect will be unexpected?Oh good, and I expected all the family's "major health effects" from Covid, through cancer & Alzheimers to hemorrhagic stroke?

We give my son Pediasure, a chocolate shake drink to help kids grow. Our pediatrician originally recommended it. I just realized that it has stevia in it. I do not like non-sugar sweeteners. I feel like they reset taste preferences towards very sweet food. This is not good for a kid who already has trouble eating vegetables. That has been my anecdotal experience. Do you know if there are studies about this effect?
