I'm perpetually baffled at how awful LLMs are. I have never once used an LLM without it completely hallucinating bullshit then gaslighting me about it. "Oh, you're right, my mistake. Here's a response with 'corrections' even though it's just the same shit I already bullshitted you about that you called me out on." :blobfoxtableflip:
Like why does anyone defend this shit? Putting aside that it's literally destroying the planet, it's just an awful product that's worse than useless because it actively and convincingly lies to you. :neodog_what: LLMs are literally just narcissistic compulsive liars. Every time I'm stuck using one because sometimes you fucking have to, I feel like I'm in one of those Reddit stories about a toxic family member or cheating exes.
