Nouvelles sanctions contre des membres de la CPI.> US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced new sanctions on four International Criminal Court officials on Wednesday.
The move targets Kimberly Prost of Canada, Nicolas Guillou of France, Nazhat Shameem Khan of Fiji, and Mame Mandiaye Niang of Senegal under President Trump’s Executive Order 14203. Rubio said the officials were involved in ICC efforts to prosecute Americans and Israelis. He called the court a “threat to American sovereignty” and an instrument of “lawfare” against the US and Israel.
This comes after the ICC issued arrest warrants for two Israeli officials, including Netanyahu, and is preparing additional warrants against Israeli ministers Itamar Ben Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich.
