CW: Too commercial (?) but a Nice Story

Buckley & Phillips Aromatics
https://buckleyandphillips.com.au - they make all sorts of nice smelling things.I sent them this tale of woe:

I have two ultrasonic diffusers. They are 'bamboo, frosted glass finish' ones. I moved house and they became separated from their plugpacks, which seem to have been delivered to the fifth dimension rather than to my home.
My array of plugpacks does not include any with the little right-angled plug required. ugh.
Please could you tell me how to get two new plugpacks? Kind Regards,
Sam

Hi Sam,Thanks for your email, I have arranged for two replacement power adaptors to be sent to:
<snipped>
Kind regards,
Jon
---That is _completely_ bloody lovely.
I want people to know that there are #good #people out there doing things with money, customers, service etc. Nice. I am blinking with surprise and astonishment. -

For thousands of years, #Tree #Resins known as #Frankincense (white/milky) & #Myrrh (reddish) were used to make #Sweet #Perfume, Incense, & #Medicine.
