The past couple of days #Armcord was stuck in the loading screen. Usually updating would resolve the issue, only to realize that the repo migrated to #Legcord and one needs to build from source to get the app up and running.

ARGL! Maintenant je me souviens pourquoi je préférais #ARMcord au client officiel de #Discord! Là où ARMcord a son propre repo, permettant une MàJ autogéré en même temps que celles du reste de Linux, le client officiel t’ouvre juste un pop-up signalant la mise à jour quand tu essaye de démarer l’app, et te force à la télécharger et l’installer toi-même!

Fort heureusement, désormais il y a une version #Flatpak, hébergé sur Flathub. Cela me permettra d’avoir les MàJ Discord en même temps que les autres MàJ Linux.

i can see that the #armcord project has an arm64 release , so i can use it on any mobile linux.

very interesting project, i would put the amd64 and arm64 releases of this in #ParchLinux repositories.

how much difference in resource usage (and in performance ig?) is there between the official discord client and #armcord?
