Just watched two talks recorded at #ArgoCon by Zach Aller and @crenshawdotdev as well as Regina Voloshin and Dag Bjerre Andersen.

Both propose tool-based improvements for GitOps promotion which might be the biggest challenge in GitOps processes.

Nice vision from #argocon about how #GitOps tools could improve the UX/DX for promotion/reverts:

By automatically creating PRs so Developers can interact with tooling they already know.

I like this approach, because it's what people have been building with CI servers. This approach removes the need for everyone to re-invent the wheel all over again.

I wonder when #kubecon will realize that putting #argocon as part of day 0 is a bad idea and they should just make it a dedicated track of the main conference. There's too much good content to pack into a "side thought" of a day 0 track.

I can now summon the true Argo and make a wish.
