  1. "#Egypt had enough to argue about without inventing a #conspiracy.

Its #WorldCup run ended in a 3-2 loss to #Argentina after Egypt had led 2-0. A goal by #MostafaZiko was ruled out after a video assistant referee (#VAR) review, and Egypt complained about the officiating. Fans argued about the referee, the late collapse, and whether #FIFA’s system had failed.

    That is #soccer.

Then the explanation moved somewhere else.

In parts of #Arabic-language media and online discourse, Egypt had not simply lost to Argentina. It had lost to FIFA, #Zionism, #Israel, the referee, #LionelMessi, #Argentinian President #JavierMilei, Prime Minister #BenjaminNetanyahu, and a hidden system built to keep Egypt out.

One #Egyptian commentator made the claim openly: Egypt had lost to “Zionism, the referee, FIFA, and Argentina.”

That was not match analysis. It was the oldest #conspiracytheory in a new stadium – a new version of the mutating virus that is #antisemitism."

  2. There is a soft war for the control of many #Argentinian assets, and it helps someone if we Argentinians are seen not as victims, but as villains. And if we believe it too, even better. Lot of misinformation campaigns about Argentina's "racism" (which is ironic considering most of those posts are coming from people from the US) are no coincidence.

Building a negative view around a country that is actively being targeted by a certain power (who previously imposed these same tactiques on countries like Iran and Palestine) is just a very efficient smear campaign. A scheme to make Argentina look like "fair state" for others to bash, lose compassion towards and consequently attack.

A dark cloud is about to descend on Argentina, whether people want to call it a crazy conspiracy or an active campaign to erase what we know as a country, it is very real and scary. I love my country, I love my people, I love my culture. We are all siblings, we should be united, but we are constantly being put against each other by fútbol teams, politicians, different statuses, all as a part of a bigger plan.

Plan Andina is the new Plan Condor. That's why everyone suddenly turned to hate on Argentina, spreading misinformation, racist comments, denigrating us as people, and with how easily influenced people are by the bandwagon effect on social media? Israel didn't even have to lift a finger. Just a few bots and they were good to go.
