@arcinternet As an early adopter of #ArcBrowser on #Mac, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking since you released #ArcSearch.
*Real* thinking, not some #LLM’s jacked-up autocorrect posing as #AI.
And I've decided that I can't sanction how your software bootstraps the destruction of the web.
I exported my data (you didn't make it easy!) and deleted my account.
So in my small way, I'm leaving it as I found it. Take over. It's yours.

If AI Siri is as good as the new #CallArc feature in #ArcSearch and it benefits from deep vertical integration and a thorough (local) and individual “knowledge” of us through our messages, emails, photos and so on then it just might be brilliant.

Schönes Update für #ArcSearch heute (v1.2.0), das endlich teilbare „Browse for Me“-Seiten, „Pinch to Summarize“ und den Incognito-Modus mit sich bringt. „Pinch to Summarize“ ist eine überraschend sinnvolle Geste, finde ich.

Anybody know if there's a way to open a URL in #ArcSearch on iOS via its URL scheme? Appears to be arcmobile2:// but can't get it to open any links.

Arc Search is, perhaps, the first time this whole AI push on search has made sense for me. Rather than a rambling paragraph of text the results can be quite concise points. Doesn’t resolve the underlying problems of poaching data from websites and how this fundamentally breaks the internet but nice to see one of these AI approaches make a little sense. #tech #arcsearch
