Watched #Arcadian last night. A basic, solid story, but most of the movie is at night, and it’s very hard to see the monsters, or just what was going on. The shots were too quick as well, and goodness knows a LOT of work went into them.
They hint at a sequel, so I hope that movie actually explains the back story.

ARCADIAN, the latest inane, post-apocalyptic scary #movie (think: clone of A QUIET PLACE) once again shows stupid, impulsive teens doing stupid, impulsive things which wind up having really bad consequences. Of course the Dad (played by Nic Cage) isn’t much brighter. These films don’t insult our intelligence, no; these films are made by people and studios who don’t think we HAVE any intelligence, and are incapable of disbelief so no need to suspend any! 🤷♂️
