Bei der Wanderung über Inishmore heute wurden wir die ganzen 12 km von einem freundlichen Hund begleitet. Er tauchte aus dem Nichts auf und wich uns nicht mehr von der Seite. Er lief schon mal voraus und wartete dann immer wieder auf uns.
Es gibt hier überall Strickwaren von den Arans. Aber wir haben dort auf Inishmore nicht ein einziges Schaf gesehen...
Später an der Bar erfuhren wir, dass sie wohl gerade alle in Mayo sind und geschoren werden. 🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐏🐑🐏🐑

Went out to Inis Mor yesterday, it was lovely to see the island again and we did a bus tour this time, as I was with someone a little less mobile, with a great tour guide who was a native of the islands. He was very honest about life on the islands and the history. It was wonderful to hear the stories and histories from someone who witnessed it!
Unfortunately I got seasick on the way out for the first time in my life, which was a surprise!
