Went to the #Aquabats show tonight and my daughter was picked to join the band on stage and was then thrown off the stage into the crowd.

Core memory made.

The #Aquabats! show also reminded me I’m not built for SRO shows anymore, unless perhaps I roll the dice, show up late, and watch only the headliner.

Unbelievable risk and liability was assumed by #Aquabats and the Empire Control Room in Austin when an 8 y.o. & a 10 y.o. were hucked from the stage to pizza slice shaped pool floats by members of the band to crowd surf from the stage to 7th St. and back.

Good times.
