Yes, here too.
At the po i worked at (for 8yrs), i had 2 coworkers commit suicide and 2 more die of cancer, out of 50 staff. Every single clerk had been forced to repay thousands of dollars of financial losses we were blamed for (I'm very certain the ancient buggy software was at fault at least some times- but very hard to prove).
They almost killed me several times, too (denying my approved accommodations such as a break to take insulin etc), harassed, etc.

@mikemccaffrey This isn't the same problem that we have here in southern NY State; However, USPS offers an "Informed Delivery" on their https://www.USPS.com web site.
It's a good tool 4 customers when they are out of town 4 a day and not able 2 pick up their mail. The mail carrier is a "rural" delivery & done by mail truck.
They have different issues in the snow & cold, including this situation. I empathize with & support ALL Postal Workers. I've picketed with their union #APWU previously✊🏽 👊🏽 -
