As per previous post, I suspect that senior public servants are deliberately putting obstacles in the way of some recipients accessing the funding they are entitled to, & need.
Some recipients need assistance in the shape of a consultant to succeed in applying for the funding they need for necessary services.
And some of these recipients are being denied funding for consultants.
