Czym są Apple Immersive Videos?

To filmy 3D w jakości 8K, z polem widzenia 180° i dźwiękiem przestrzennym Spatial Audio. Wśród dostępnych nagrań znajdują się występy takich artystów jak The Weeknd i Metallica.

Co oferuje aplikacja?

• Import, organizacja i przegląd filmów immersyjnych Apple na Macu.
• Tworzenie playlist i udostępnianie materiałów użytkownikom Vision Pro.

I wouldn't recommend someone a device 4+ years old, but the #AppleM1 is my only exception.

It's incredible how this machine still holds to this day, and second hand makes it a killer proposition.

I know 8GB and 256GB won't be enough for demanding people, but for the average user, it will, at least for starters.

Właściciele iMaców z procesorami Apple M1 skarżą się na pojawiające się poziome linie na ekranie, często między 18-24 miesiącem po zakupie.

Problem ten zgłaszany jest na wielu forach, ale przyczyna nie jest znana.

Niektórzy użytkownicy otrzymali bezpłatne naprawy, choć urządzenia nie były już objęte gwarancją, inni musieli zapłacić. Często towarzyszy temu nagrzewanie się górnego prawego rogu iMaca.

W najbliższych dniach u polskich dystrybutorów Apple ustawią się zapewne kolejki, ponieważ wraz z dzisiejszą premierą MacBooków Air z procesorami Apple M3, firma wycofała ze sprzedaży modele Aira w starej obudowie, czyli pierwsze komputery z procesorami Apple M1.

Do dziś jest to jeden z najlepszych wyborów na start swojej przygody z ekosystemem Apple, ale jak słusznie zauważył Wojtek – zanim ruszycie kupować je na wyprzedażach, warto pamiętać o tym, że:

Ważną informacją dla wielu będzie fakt, że modelu 13-calowy z układami M2 jest nadal dostępny, teraz w obniżonych cenach, wynoszących odpowiednio 4999 PLN i 6199 PLN za model z M2 8-core/8-core, 8 GB RAM i 256 GB SSD oraz za M2 8-core/10-core, 8 GB RAM i 512 GB SSD. Muszę powiedzieć, że ten komputer, w konfiguracji z 16 GB RAM i 512 GB SSD, w cenie 7399 PLN, czyli o 1000 zł niższej od modelu z M3, może być interesującą propozycją.

M2 może być dla wielu świetną propozycją na lata, aczkolwiek podejrzewam, że w najbliższych tygodniach będzie można w sieci kupić nowego MacBooka Air z procesorami Apple M1, dyskiem 256GB i 16GB RAM za mniej niż 3500 zł.

Finally got my Mac Mini back after the long weekend of National Day and Mid Autumn Festival holidays. Inadvertently, they upgraded to macOS Sonoma even though I told them not to... Oh well. SSD health on this is "reused" logic board is ~41TB data written. Let's hope all the other problems are fixed. Right off the bat I could tell it is running cooler. Messed around with ollama last night and put my wired ethernet connection to good use. Downloaded mistral, llama2, and codellama just to test out some different models. Things aren't as slow as you'd expect and are completely runnable on my m1 macbook air. Pretty exciting to be self-hosting a LLM.

Loving the vineyard wallpaper already. Not sure what new features will be significant for me. I do most of my work on my five year old #iPadPro anyway (it does have a #MagicKeyboard with trackpad attached).
