Which brings me back to the first point:

If we were to have webapps in stead of Android/iOS apps, app development for these systems woud be a breeze, making them much more muture in no-time. It would also benefit us using our (linux) desktop.

So even if we have degoogled Androids, it would benefit us all if we were to have and use less native apps and more webapps.

Let's focus on the big mainstream issue we have, in stead of nitpicking which good alternative is better or best.

My main concern is when I won't be able to take part in society anymore (e-wallet, banking, tickets for concerts) without the need to have a Bigtech controlled platform.
