I just realized I have trouble understanding what people say not only in noisy environment or being distracted, but also if I move - and I don’t mean something like move in different directions etc: just moving my body or my head slightly while another person talks makes it much harder for me to catch the words.

    Is this something common for people with auditory processing disorder or neurodivergent people in general, or is it some other quirk of my body/mind?
