As a regulated industry, #ticket prices are subject to approval from the Land Public Transport Agency (#APAD), among others.
Ticket prices cannot be so high until many people cannot afford it.
At the same time, it also cannot be too low until it poses a problem for #expressbus operators.

The inspection is carried out for the purpose of monitoring the progress of the project in order to comply with all of the requirements set by the stakeholders.

The licensing of terminal will involve application from terminal party and assessment from APAD for the purpose of determining the grade of the terminal based on the criteria that have been set including the level of service, security & facilities provided at the terminal.
The designation of the grade allows any terminal license holder to charge terminal charges to users according to the grade that has been assessed & determined by APAD.

The Rail Planning Division, Land Public Transport Agency (#APAD) participated in the Instructor Training Course (#ITC) Programme with the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department at the East Region Fire and Rescue Academy, Wakaf Tapai, Terengganu.
The title of the Programme is "Rail Transportation Fire Rescue and Extinguishing". In the programme, APAD implemented the sharing of information related to the Land Public Transport Act 2010.

On 5 to 7 September 2023, the Land Public Transport Agency (#APAD) through the Rail Enforcement Division has carried out safety inspection of the railway system for Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (#KTMB) in the Southern Region from Rembau Station to Kempas Baru Station.
Among the scope of inspection this time are stations, electrification and power traction systems, public level crossings and Kempas Fleet Depot.

On 7 September 2023, the Southern Region of the Land Public Transport Agency (#APAD) has met with various #taxi drivers to give explanation regarding the implementation of i-SPKP online system.
The #online system is now the only way taxi drivers could register and apply for driver's card, a requirement for taxi, after the walk-in counters got discontinued.
They met with drivers for Johor Bahru City Zone taxi and Johor Bahru—Singapore cross border taxi, that are based in Larkin Sentral.

The purpose of the on-site inspection and monitoring is to ensure that the bus operators always provide sufficient services for the route.
As a result of the findings from the on-field inspection by #APAD officers, a discussion session in the afternoon of 5 September 2023 was held at APAD with the Terminal 1 #Seremban terminal operator and the #Pudu - Seremban express bus operators.

The Express Bus and Terminal Division of the Land Public Transport Agency (#APAD) has carried out on-field inspection at the Pudu Sentral Terminal on 4 September 2023 to monitor the operation of express #bus (intercity coach) trips on the Pudu—Seremban route during peak hours from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Monitoring was also carried out at Terminal 1 Seremban on 5 September 2023 for the operation of express buses during peak hours from 5:00am to 7:30am.
